The WT-MSABP salt-tolerant biochemical treatment technology was jointly developed and applied in China by Shanghai Wending and Teijin of Japan. This technology uses high specific surface area fiber packing to screen salt-tolerant bacteria and adopts a multi-stage biochemical reaction zone design to form a unique microbial gradient population to meet the biochemical degradation treatment of recalcitrant organic pollutants.

HPE's low-temperature vacuum evaporators, based on a unique heat exchanger design, integrate heat pump and vacuum technology. Originating from Italian craftsmanship, they are integrated using skid-mounted modules and achieve evaporation temperatures as low as 40°C. They provide customers with solutions for high-concentration waste liquid concentration and volume reduction (5-15% concentrate), crystallization separation, and zero emissions, thereby reducing costs and providing value-added services.

Waste acid purification and recovery processes utilize specialized separation membranes and functional resins to effectively separate metal ions from waste acid and increase its concentration, thereby achieving resource utilization of waste acid. Wending's specialized nanofiltration (NF) membrane technology reduces the need for neutralizing agents and the generation of end-of-pipe waste salts. Furthermore, the purified acid and alkali are reused in production, transforming costs into profits.

In strategic cooperation with Niihuis of the Netherlands, we have introduced advanced high-speed dissolved air flotation (DAF) equipment and technology to provide efficient solutions for oil and phosphorus removal, biological sludge recirculation and separation, seawater desalination suspended solids pretreatment, and river water intake pretreatment. DAF equipment is classified according to its processing capacity and function into IPF (<135 m³/h), NPF (<500 m³/h), and GDF (activated sludge separation and recirculation, oil recovery).

Through configuration software, it provides tag logs and report editors to record the change curves or trend charts of process parameters in real time. It uses historical and real-time data to establish various necessary databases and complete data transmission and report printing.
