Yunnan Jinding Zinc Industry Co., Ltd., established in 1998, is a large state-owned enterprise integrating non-ferrous metal mining, beneficiation, smelting and processing.

Formerly known as Lanping County Jinding Lead Mine, the company has grown over decades to include an annual mining capacity of 1.72 million tons, ore beneficiation capacity of 2.4 million tons, electrolytic zinc smelting capacity of 120,000 tons, and sulfuric acid production capacity of 60,000 tons, relying on the Lanping lead-zinc mine, the largest in Asia. In 2019, the company was formally incorporated into the management system of China Copper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited.
