Curtain-style spray room is widely used in the surface spray process in industries of automobiles, refrigerators, air conditioners, mobile phones and laptop accessories. During objects painting by automatic painting robot and manual spray gun, some portions of the spray paints are directly led on the surface of the object, while 30%~70% of the paints are wasted through ventilation systems, not only causing serious pollution to the surrounding air and environment, but also causing the following negative issues:
1) Adhesion on device surface, accumulation on the bottom, plug in the circulation line, nozzle and so on, thereby increasing the difficulty of clean-up and maintenance costs;
2) Paint mist adhesion to the water pump and the fan blade, resulting in a reduced flow of the water pump and the fan, further resulting in unbalanced system in spray paint interior volume as well as in the circulating water and exhaust , thus affecting the purification system to not function properly, and at the same time affecting the painting quality;
3) Reduction of the purification efficiency of the circulating water, increase in the replacement time of recycled water, and influence on the production.
Detacking chemicals WD101 and WD102 invented by Winner Hi-tech obtained the national invention patent and passed the Shanghai High-tech Achievement, Transformation, and Identification Project. These chemicals can be applied both for solvent-based paints and water-based paints. The products can decompose and remove various types of sticky paints, and quickly destabilize organic alcohol, acrylic, and polyurethane paints, reduce the circulating water viscosity, and increase the water flow, thereby reducing the water COD. Furthermore, these agents can increase the recycled water use efficiency, and maintain the balance between water supply and drainage, thus improving the production efficiency and reducing the production costs.
